Partner, Chief Creative Officer & Experience Center Leader José leads the brilliant team at PwC’s Experience Center and helps clients use Design and innovation to solve their most complicated problems. With offices all over the world, the Experience Center brings together the best of human-centered design and technology talent from the “agency world” with the rigor and deep industry understanding of a global consultancy. He is a passionate voice for experience design improving patient outcomes - on projects that apply AI to the future of patient safety, creating new ideas for patient care and treatment adherence, and connected care transformations using wearable tech and experience design. José believes this is where creativity and design can have the biggest impact.
Dedicated to helping the next generation of designers, he has been a keynote speaker and mentor for MDC’s Design Week, advisor to the design curriculum at Miami Dade College, speaker at FIU’s STARTup Innovation hub, and was a longtime professor at Miami Ad School. José has driven every step of the Design process, and over the past 25 years has worked with a variety of clients in both the General Market and Hispanic Markets like AbbVie, American Airlines, Chrysler (Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler), Citibank, Eli Lilly, the Florida Lottery, Ford, Humana Healthcare, Infiniti cars, MasterFood’s (TWIX, Starburst, M&M’s), Merck, MetLife, Miami City Ballet, Miami Dolphins, Pfizer, PNC Bank, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, Travelers Insurance, and Wyndham Destinations.
