Jennifer (Yu Yu) Zhang

Jennifer joins the International Tax Desk on rotation from the PwC China Shanghai office.

Jennifer has a solid understanding of Chinese tax and is extremely knowledgeable in areas of service provisions having worked with a number of MNC clients in various industries. More specifically, she is a tax expert in corporate establishment, group restructuring, cross border transactions, M&A, due diligence, R&D tax incentive application, company liquidation, and tax compliance.

Jennifer also has a three-year industrial experience having worked for a large-scale multinational manufacturing company before joining PwC. This enables her to have an in-depth understanding of her client’s service needs and allows her to provide customized support.

From 2012, Jennifer has been a member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and Chinese Tax Agent Association (CTA).
