Diego Muro is a Tax Principal Economist with over fourteen years of experience conducting economic analysis for PwC. His vast experience covers GCD, inter-company pricing of financial transactions flows, global transfer pricing structures planning, and audit defense. Diego attends clients from the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has been involved in various tax projects of subsidiaries, intangible assets and joint customs/transfer pricing analyses. In addition, he has participated in the structuring of several M&A transactions, in complex intercompany financing arrangements, and the development and application of country risk models. He has presented at international conferences in the US, Europe and Latin America. Diego completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and graduated from Cornell University’s Graduate School of Management with a Master in Business Administration.
