Mr. Lane has over thirty two years of information technology experience, with over twenty four years of Big 4 consulting experience. His areas of specialization include computer forensics, Lotus Notes/Domino email and Microsoft Windows servers. His degrees include a B.S. in Computing Science and M.B.A. Mr. Lane has testified as a computer forensic expert in a death penalty case pending before the Contra Costa County California Superior Court and at the retrial. He has also testified in an arbitration hearing regarding the ability to read data off a tape and the format of the data on the tape, in Texas state court regarding the practices in the computer repair industry and in Federal court in Alabama regarding potential of data being copied off a company's systems prior to employee departures.
