Summary of experience
Danny Wallace is an Assurance Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Technology practice and co-leads the PwC Emerging Company Services National Practice, with a focus on the West Coast technology markets. Danny has 28 years of accounting and auditing experience with PwC, which includes 18 years in Silicon Valley. During his time there, he has been the engagement leader on the audits of over 20 public technology companies and over 100 emerging, venture backed private companies and has helped 15 of his technology clients through the IPO process. He was the partner in charge of our Silicon Valley Software and Internet practice until June 2008 and since then he has been the co-leader of our Emerging Companies Services group in the US.
He is a frequent presenter at topical technical seminars for clients such as the IPO Process or Revenue Recognition and was a contributing author to our “Software Revenue Recognition” guide. He has many years of experience advising public and private companies in areas such as revenue recognition, business combinations, and equity issues.
Danny is a California CPA. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In 1983, Danny graduated from the University College of Cardiff (University of Wales) with an accounting degree.
