Organization and Workforce Transformation Leader, PwC US
Cornel is PwC’s Organization and Workforce Transformation Leader. In this role, Cornel is responsible for leading the growth of PwC’s organization and human capital practice focused on delivering shareholder value for our clients. Cornel helps organizations solve their most complex and pressing organization and human capital issues. In today’s world of constant disruption, those issues range from navigating the future of work to enabling the digital organization—all centered around how to optimize the intersection of the workforce and business performance.
Cornel has over 20 years of management and technology consulting experience at PwC. Prior to his current role, Cornel was the US and Global Solutions leader and led PwC’s global Salesforce and Front Office practices.
Cornel holds an honours degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Africa and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
