Claudia is a Principal in Health Industries Advisory practice, with over 25 years of healthcare strategy and operations experience in both consulting and with large health systems in senior leadership roles in the areas of strategy, operations and financial management. She co-leads the firm's New Care Delivery Model and Virtual Care/Telehealth offerings. Her experiences include a focus on developing and leading complex strategic initiatives across multiple business units, primarily in the areas of strategic growth, quality and consumer experience, population health, ambulatory strategy and operations, virtual care and cost reduction. Claudia helps clients plan for and manage strategic and execution risks, including the planning and implementation of changes as a result of regulatory changes, consumerism and non traditional disruptors. She has led health care provider offerings in value-based care, hospital and ambulatory strategy and operations, virtual care, consumer engagement and experience, brand and reputation management and quality and safety improvement.

Claudia is a thought leader in the healthcare sector who publishes and presents on topics of strategy, leadership, virtual care, brand and reputation, customer relationship management, value based care, digital intelligence and enterprise risk management at leading industry conferences, such as ACHE, HFMA, Modern Healthcare and HCCA. In addition to her consulting career, Claudia has been a health system SVP & Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Strategy. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and is certified in Project Management with the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Claudia has a BA in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami, and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
