PwC US Partner Affairs Leader, PwC US

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the partner experience so they can spend more time delivering for the firm’s clients and people. She will continue in this role as part of PwC US’ incoming Operating Committee on July 1.

Currently PwC’s Partner Affairs Leader, Christine is responsible for supporting all aspects of the partner experience which includes overseeing partner relations, admissions, talent management, development, health and wealth benefits, operations and partner-specific technology. 

With well over 20 years at PwC, Christine brings extensive experience working with our clients and partners to deliver value. She previously served as Internal Communications and Change Management Leader, where she created the firm’s first enterprise-wide change management function. And prior to joining PwC in 2001, she worked in the global tax planning group at Security Capital Group, a publicly traded real estate firm, and practiced tax law at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (now Paul Hastings). 

Passionate about helping others succeed, Christine is an active board member of Higher Achievement, a nonprofit that provides rigorous year-round learning and mentoring to middle school students in the greater Washington, DC area, where she resides. Christine holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and is a proud fan of the 2024 National Champion Michigan Wolverines football team. Christine also has a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
