Alex Voloshko is a Partner in PwC’s International Tax Services group and has significant experience providing tax services in the field of international and corporate taxation. He specializes in advice and structuring for multinational companies expanding and reorganizing their operating models. His relevant experience includes developing, implementation, and sustainment of planning strategies, such as:

  • Cross-border business restructurings involving multiple elements of the value chain,
  • Global and regional Principal / Entrepreneur operating models,
  • Structuring for deployment and use of intangible property rights,
  • U.S. tax deferral planning and integrated holding structures,
  • Analysis and implementation of local country tax planning strategies.

Mr. Voloshko co-leads PwC’s U.S. Value Chain Transformation practice which focuses on developing and implementing some of the best in class value-chain driven solutions for multinational enterprises.

Mr. Voloshko earned a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Bentley College and his Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts. He presents and instructs frequently on the topics of international taxation and is a co-author of articles on the topics of international taxation.
