Webcast details

Last year the PCAOB adopted and the SEC approved a new standard that significantly changes the auditor’s reporting model. Critical audit matters (CAMs) will be required to be disclosed in the external auditor’s report, providing investors with new information about the audit. The new requirement also impacts management and audit committees. Please join us for a webcast that dives into this topic.

  • Brian Croteau, Audit Partner, PwC
  • Barbara Vanich, Acting Director, Office of the Chief Auditor, PCAOB
  • Candy Duncan, Independent Director, Discover Financial Services Inc., Teleflex Inc., and FTD Companies Inc.
  • Cindy Fornelli, Executive Director, Center for Audit Quality (CAQ)
