Mirza Diran leads the Corporate Valuation and Transaction Services Group in Indonesia. He has been with other PwC firms over 24 years of service in Jakarta, London and Melbourne offices.
He has been involved in and supervised many significant assignments within the firm which include valuations of PwC businesses/companies, financial due diligence, financial and corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, credit risk assessments, loan portfolio reviews and strategic business plans for companies across a range of industries.
Mirza has been in over hundred valuations of business and companies (both private and publicly listed) in various industries during his career with PwC firms. The valuations performed were for different purposes including transaction (merger and acquisitions), financial reporting (purchase price allocation), fairness opinion, intangible assets, brand valuation, restructuring and debt/option valuation.
