Dispute Resolution
The practice’s primary focus is on resolving tax disputes in favour of its clients. Our practices also include commercial litigation, arbitration and white-collar crime. However, its work is not limited to in-court litigation, as it also offers clients a full range of consulting and pre-trial assistance on corporate tax, VAT, International Tax Services, Transfer Pricing and other issues. This approach allows clients to proactively prevent and efficiently manage tax risks, and to avoid or successfully resolve tax disputes.
The additional strength of our Dispute Resolution team is close cooperation with our Tax team (over 80 tax professionals in our team in Ukraine and up to 6000 in CEE region) – therefore we provide our clients with a comprehensive analysis of their cases.
Our team has successfully led hundreds of tax disputes, achieving a win rate more than 95%, and has also prevented a significant number of tax disputes. In addition to this, the group has extensive experience in customs and international trade disputes.
