PwC Academy has delivered the first module of the corporate training programme developed for Ukrzaliznytsia employees

The corporate training programme is designed to improve knowledge of professionals engaged in corporate governance with a view to:  

• develop the internal control system, 
• conduct internal audits,
• improve soft skills.

Participants of the training programme comprised chief audit executives, heads of departments and senior internal auditors of Ukrzaliznytsia from all regions of Ukraine. 

As part of the training seminars, the participants were able to learn innovative conceptual frameworks of internal control development, to get an insight into methods and tools for implementation of effective controls in different business processes and to address risk assessment and control design methodologies.    

During the training course, Ukrzaliznytsia employees were provided with an opportunity to apply proposed practical tools based on various case studies, and to solidify theoretical knowledge through interactive testing.    

Ukrzaliznytsia employees were actively involved in discussions of presented topics and shared their personal experience and audit best practices.
