We are the Advanced Technology Solutions team and our work is diverse.
We have colleagues who develop AI solutions and work with Python. A large part of our team focuses on BPM platforms, such as Appian and Pega. We work with RPA and SAP, and we also sometimes take on projects outside our usual focus, for example JavaScript or Rust development.
Across all technologies, our experienced business analysts coordinate projects and ensure everything runs smoothly, while our testers make sure every solution functions as expected.
Not everyone in our team is a developer or an IT specialist. Our business consultants work directly with clients, listen to their needs and seek the most effective solutions. To succeed in this role, you need to understand the client’s business, processes and objectives. Technical knowledge is also part of the job. The development phase becomes more efficient when it is shaped by consultants who understand real business requirements.
A significant part of our work involves helping clients optimise and automate processes using Appian and Pega. These are low‑code platforms, and you will learn how to use them at our training bootcamp. You won’t need previous experience, our senior colleagues will guide and support you.
We work on projects in natural language processing, computer vision and anomaly detection across various sectors. You will use Python, TensorFlow, SpaCy, NumPy, and Pandas.
We also take on web projects outside our standard focus. We use Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, Rust, Python, Django, Flask and more.
Our testers ensure everything we deliver is fully functional.
They work with tools such as JMeter, Postman, Selenium and others.
Our analysts map processes, collect requirements, prepare documentation and communicate with clients. Their work helps define solutions that fit the business.
From strategy to implementation, we support clients with SAP projects.
When Appian or Pega are not enough, we automate using RPA tools, such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and UiPath.
