Key workshop delivery experience
Oliver regularly conducts external and internal training courses on financial modelling and infrastructure contracts and financing structures. He was worked across multiple industries with a focus on large scale infrastructure projects and transportation service contracts.
Summary of key project experience
SCE/Vietnam government – Oliver designed and delivered a training course for Vietnamese government officials on the procurement of road projects, including the approach to modelling the financials of the project
SCE/Philippines government - Oliver designed and delivered a year long capacity building programme for government officials procuring an airport development
ADB - Mainstreaming PPPs in Thailand - Oliver trained over 100 government officials over a six month period on the concepts of PPPs and the implementation of a new law relating to the building of infrastructure projects
Malaysian Banking Association - Oliver delivered eight 2-day modules on the concepts of financing green investments and the approach to modelling the projects
Multiple financial modelling engagements - Oliver has built financial models for clients including LTA, Mitsui and Jurong Ports. As part of these projects he will run a model workshop to explain the concepts of the model and alongside that write an FM User guide and operating manual.
PwC internal courses - Oliver has delivered multiple technical training sessions within PwC and also designed and delivered bespoke training courses covering soft skills such as business writing, coaching, negotiation and problem solving
