Besides bringing about great disruption to businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic has also provided a new set of acute shocks to seemingly sturdy businesses and principles that have guided our thinking for decades, even laying bare the unviability of many business models. Set against this backdrop, the need for strategic thinking skills among business leaders is paramount. Participants can expect to be educated on the foundations of a Blue Ocean Strategy and the why and the how of innovation for SMEs in Singapore.
