PwC-INSEAD 3-Day Strategy Program for Business Leaders

Next programme dates: May 2023 (Exact dates to be announced)

Besides bringing about great disruption to businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic has also provided a new set of acute shocks to seemingly sturdy businesses and principles that have guided our thinking for decades, even laying bare the unviability of many business models. Set against this backdrop, the need for strategic thinking skills among business leaders is paramount. Business leaders and senior management need to start thinking about combating industry disruptors, developing innovation culture and finding new revenue and growth opportunities in the market.

The PwC-INSEAD Strategy Masterclass aims to help SME leaders and its emerging leaders understand the critical importance of having a sound strategy in place to guide their business. Based on the global best-seller “Blue Ocean Shift”, written by INSEAD Professors W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne, this Masterclass is designed to empower its participants with the latest thinking in strategy and how a sound strategy will drive superior performance and growth potential for their businesses.

Participants can expect to be educated on the foundations of a Blue Ocean Strategy and the why and the how of innovation for SMEs in Singapore. The Masterclass will also delve into creating new market opportunities through commercialising innovation efforts, and how to sustain innovative cultures in the organisation.
