Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues have become important for both businesses and governments as the urgency to respond to ESG-related risks has built momentum. At the same time, it also opens the door to new business opportunities. While the risks are known and stakeholders have some understanding of the opportunities, business entities would like to know how these apply to them.
In collaboration with PwC's Asia Pacific ESG Centre of Excellence, PwC Philippines will conduct a workshop to provide publicly listed companies in the country an insight as to how ESG strategy is crafted and implemented. We will be walking through the four main blocks of ESG: materiality assessment, developing sustainability themes and targets, defining overall sustainability targets, and ESG roadmap development.
