Roselle Caraig has been a Tax Partner of PwC Philippines since 2015. Roselle has 19 years of experience providing corporate tax services to multinational and local businesses from diverse industries such as consumer and industrial products, business process outsourcing, telecommunications, technology, food and beverage, real estate, construction and engineering, healthcare and fitness, and financial institutions.
Her range of experience covers corporate taxation, in-bound investment planning, domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate structuring and reorganizations, tax due diligence, tax health check reviews, tax audit resolutions, refund claims, securing tax rulings and treaty relief applications, and transfer pricing documentation.
She heads the Philippine team handling the updates of PwC’s corporate worldwide tax summaries as well as the team contributing to the World Bank’s Doing Business Project (Paying Taxes index).
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, placing 18th in the 2000 CPA Licensure Examination. She completed a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management and has attended various training courses locally and abroad. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tax Management Association of the Philippines.
She joined the tax team in 2001 and was admitted to the partnership in July 2015.
