Benjamin joins the Southeast Asia Consulting (SEAC) practice from PwC Hong Kong, where he spent over a decade helping clients in China and across the region execute enterprise-wide transformation programs. He started his career in 1996 with the legacy Price Waterhouse Philippines' Change Integration practice, specializing in Operations Consulting. The range of engagements he has led in recent years includes shared services and offshoring, operating model review and design, operational due diligence, and post-merger integration.
Benjamin’s plan over the next two years is to expand the Philippine practice's capabilities and offerings in the shared services and outsourcing advisory space. Clients will include both existing captive centers in Manila, as well as MNCs seeking to offshore key processes to the Philippines to realize cost reduction and service quality improvements.
Benjamin earned his degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (with Merit) from Durham University, United Kingdom.
He is a member of the Hong Kong chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
