Understand the legislative requirement and regulatory framework for Affirmative Action Annual compliance.

Aspects covered in detail during the course of the workshop are the following:

Background, terminology, concepts and purpose of Affirmative Action for Namibia specifically;
Overview of AA guidelines
Required elements of Affirmative Action Plan
Compliance process
Responsibilities and all other relevant information for compliance

The workshop will not include a practical case study due to the challenges with the virtual training environment, but rather a theoretical approach for best practices.
