Affirmative Action Compliance Training
Understand the legislative requirement and regulatory framework for Affirmative Action Annual compliance.
Aspects covered in detail during the course of the workshop are the following:
- Background, terminology, concepts and purpose of Affirmative Action for Namibia specifically;
- Overview of AA guidelines
- Required elements of Affirmative Action Plan
- Compliance process
- Responsibilities and all other relevant information for compliance
The workshop will not include a practical case study due to the challenges with the virtual training environment, but rather a theoretical approach for best practices.

- HR / IR managers responsible for annual AA reporting and compliance
