Junior Graphic Designer - Internal Firm Services - Clients and Market Development (CMD) team

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create engaging designs according to the PwC Brand requirements. In this role, you’ll be working with the CMD team to create impactful designs that capture and promote PwC’s values and vision on a variety of media channels, such as prints and digital media (including creation of animated videos). Besides this, we expect you to be at the edge of the latest design trends.

At PwC, our Clients and Markets Development (CMD) team is an integral part of the Internal Firm Services (IFS). We work closely with the different business units to ensure our brand stays on top of our clients’ mind while improving the overall customer experience.

On the edge of the latest trends, the CMD team works on a local, regional and international level on numerous integrated campaigns on platforms including the web, digital and press.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be expected to understand project requirements and concepts and use various techniques to translate creative briefs into different visual supports, within the strict PwC Global Brand specifications and requirements;
  • Besides day-to-day work, you will often be required to pitch creative ideas that enhance projects and events. Listening to feedback from management to improve your work and hone your skills is essential; and
  • You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the PwC regional and global Network as and when required. 

Requirements

  • A degree in Graphic Design / Digital Marketing, and 2 years of proven experience in prints and digital design;

  • Master leading design software and technologies which include Adobe Creative Package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and After Effects);

  • Be up-to-date with the latest prints and digital trends; 

  • A keen eye for detail;

  • A basic understanding of data analytics to optimise online digital branded visuals;

  • Communication skills are essential to interact and communicate concepts with the team and management; 

  • You should be able to work independently, within a team environment, with a problem-solving attitude; and

  • Multitasking and ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, time and cost requirements.
