Associates - Advisory Transactions

We are looking for fresh graduates or associates with at least one year of experience in a Corporate Development role at a large corporate, or in a Transactions/Advisory role at an accountancy firm, M&A boutique or a bank.

New graduates with no work experience will join our innovative global career development programme for Transactions graduates called Edge’.

As a member of the Advisory Transactions practice, you will help clients realise value and navigate through complex transactions and events, from evaluation through integration, in a multifaceted business environment.

You'll be working on diverse assignments ranging from business and financial projection reviews, financial due-diligence, vendor due-diligence assistance, working capital reviews, business and performance reporting, corporate restructuring, M&A, valuations and debt and capital advisory.

On certain assignments, you will have the opportunity to travel overseas.
