New reporting obligations for Payment Service Providers
Payment Service Providers (“PSPs”) in the EU will be required, as of 1 January 2024, to keep electronic records of payment data for cross-border payments and to exchange these records with a newly established central EU-database. The purpose of this new reporting obligation is to combat VAT fraud.
Deep dive into the requirements of the new VAT Directive through our free of charge-PSP webinar. Our local experts will take you through all aspects of this new regulation which have been published so far.
This seminar is suitable for persons who work in the finance, tax or reporting positions of their business at all levels from chief financial officers to employees in finance teams (e.g. regulatory, compliance, IT) who will be responsible for reporting. It will benefit any individual who is involved in the tax field and requires an update on the most recent changes in the local and EU sphere.
This webinar will take place from 2pm to 3pm.
