The African Continental Free Trade Area (“AfCFTA”) will revolutionise trade with and within Africa. Whilst trade under AfCFTA was set in motion on 1 January 2021, there is still significant work that is going on, both by the AfCFTA Secretariat and member countries, in order to make the free trade area fully operational.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited (“PwC”) is pleased to invite you to a webinar during which we will discuss the current state of affairs with officials from the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development’s State Department for Trade, as well as the Kenya Revenue Authority’s Customs and Border Control Department, being Kenya’s lead negotiators and implementers, respectively.
