As of 1 July 2012, Kazuya Miyakawa was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Zeirishi-Hojin PricewaterhouseCoopers , succeeding Hiroyuki Suzuki, whose term expired on 30 June 2012.

Kazuya Miyakawa has been involved in providing tax advice mainly on M&A, organisational restructuring and international transactions to multinational companies for more than 20 years.
He is currently a special member of the International Tax Group of the JICPA (the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants)
