Although we, Zeirishi-Hojin PricewaterhouseCoopers, have been providing outsourcing services including bookkeeping, payroll services and cash management services over the years, effective from May 2, 2011, these services will be transferred to our subsidiary, PricewaterhouseCoopers Management K.K. and PricewaterhouseCoopers Labor and Social Security Attorney Office.
