Takatomo Terasaki joined PwC Legal Japan in June 2018 after having worked for one of the largest Japanese law firms for two years.
He works principally in the fields of tax law, corporate law and wealth management. He has extensive experience on tax matters at all stages including providing advice on transaction structuring from a tax perspective, general tax consultation and support for responding to tax audits, as well as experience representing clients during tax disputes and litigations. He also has a variety of experience in the corporate/M&A field including cross-border and domestic M&A and other transactions, and advising on general corporate matters such as the management of general shareholders’ meetings, structuring of executive compensation plans, liability arising from business judgements, and corporate crisis management.
He has been licensed to practice in Japan since 2015.
