We will get to know you, your business and your culture, including your people who will also get to know us. We manage all your HR paperwork ensuring that it is up to date and relevant for your business needs. We help you avoid those costly HR mistakes which occur by recruiting the wrong person, failure to follow your own policies or breaching employment legislation. As a retained client, you can specify how many days per week/month you would like your HR Partner to be at your premises.
