Kath Quayle

Senior Manager, PwC Isle of Man

Kath is a Senior Manager at PwC Isle of Man and an integral part of its well-established advisory practice.

As a ‘people person’ she combines drive, enthusiasm and communication skills to inspire her team, drawing upon respected industry experience to deliver first class client services in a challenging and evolving regulatory landscape.

Kath spent five years working for two of the ‘big four’ accountancy firms in the UK and on the Island, during which time she qualified as a chartered accountant. Her career then continued into the Island’s wealth management sector for nine years, where she held a number of senior, executive, statutory and regulatory positions across banking and trust sectors. Kath later spent time in the e-gaming sector as the Chief Financial Officer of a licensed gaming operator with a broad remit across finance, risk and regulatory disciplines.

From compliance through to change management and governance, Kath is well placed to address a broad range of modern business advisory needs. She has a working understanding of the requirements of regulatory bodies within the UK and Crown Dependencies and a practical understanding of how clients should manage their regulatory risk. This makes Kath well placed to understand challenges from a client perspective and she strives to keep clients abreast of ongoing regulatory developments, as well as statutory and technological developments.

Kath is a graduate of Loughborough University where she gained a first-class honours degree in International Business and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
