Senior Partner, PwC Isle of Man

PwC Isle of Man’s Senior Partner, Ian has more than 25 years’ experience within banking, insurance and other Isle of Man sectors, working as an assurance partner with clients that include subsidiaries of multinational groups and entities with their own full market listing.

Ian has responsibility for all aspects of the firm's service delivery and ensuring effective relationships with the firm’s clients, Manx Government, industry associations, and the wider PwC network.

It is identifying trends in the market place and delivering quality services which add value which Ian cites as key to his role, along with nurturing and attracting the right talent to ensure PwC Isle of Man has specialist skills in relevant areas.

He says investing in people, fine tuning their roles and watching people fulfill their ambitions and dreams provides great satisfaction.

Ian began his career at PwC as a junior manager, becoming partner in 1999 and senior partner of the Isle of Man firm in 2003.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a former Chairman of the Isle of Man Society of Chartered Accountants and is actively involved in aspects of the Manx Insurance Association’s activities.
