Moshe is a partner and the leader of the Israel Accounting Consulting Services (Israel ACS Group) at PwC Israel. In Addition, he is a member of the Executive Board of the Israeli firm.

The Israel ACS Group is responsible, inter alia, for studying and researching of technical material and related developments, both in Israel and abroad; knowledge management for the firm’s partners, professional staff and clients; publishing bulletins and memorandums on professional topics; and reviewing financial statements and prospectuses prior to their issuance and submission to authorities in Israel and abroad. The Israel ACS Group has professional knowledge and expertise on IFRS, US GAAP and Israeli GAAP.

Moshe joined the Israeli firm in 1984 and has an extensive experience. He serves as a partner in PwC's Global Accounting Consulting Services Group (Global ACS Group), where he sits on the panel that focuses on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The principal functions of the Global ACS Group are to determine PwC’s position on various professional issues, to provide solutions on relevant professional issues, to approve reports before their submission to various authorities throughout the world, to participate in the firm’s knowledge and accumulated experience and to ensure the consistent and equitable application of IFRS within the international firm of PwC.

Moshe is also member in PwC’s Global Capital Markets Group (CMG), which provides professional services to foreign companies in relation to their IPOs on the world’s capital markets (mainly, in the US and Europe), as well as to foreign companies that have already issued securities on these markets. Moshe worked in New York for the CMG during 1996.

He is a member of the Israel Accounting Standards Board. In addition, he is a senior lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University’s Faculty of Management, teaching undergraduate Accounting students.

Moshe holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics (magna cum laude) and a MA in economics (magna cum laude), specializing in Business Economics. Both degrees were awarded by Tel-Aviv University.

Moshe is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
