Director, PwC Indonesia
Risky Syauta is a Director in Capital Projects and Infrastructure (CP&I) at PwC Indonesia and has been with the firm since 2006.
He has been involved in a variety of assignments including Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) transaction advisory, business plans review, buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, financial model development and corporate restructuring for various industries in Indonesia such as water industry, toll road, mining, power plant, and manufacturing. He has also involved in several PPP projects in Indonesia such as PPP water supply project in Bandar Lampung, Umbulan and Pekanbaru, preparation of PPP water supply project in West Semarang (by JICA), Outline business case for a refinery and toll road with PPP scheme in Indonesia and PPP telecommunication project in Indonesia.
Rizky obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Economics from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia and his Master’s Degree of Financial Management from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Risky has over 7 years of projects experinece in PPP, especially in the areas of PPP business review, PPP regulations, Capacity Building, PPP financial modelling, valuation and other various financial advisory services in Indonesia. During his PPP engagements, he assisted the GCAs starting from project preparation, development of the final business case, as well as the development of the tender documents. He also assisted the GCA during the transaction period, including negotiation with the selected bidders until the financial close.
