Djohan leads the Accounting Consulting Services (“ACS”) team in PwC, a specialist team dedicated to provide financial reporting consultancy and advisory services. He is also a certified global ACS partner within the PwC global network.

Djohan has a deep knowledge of IFRS. He worked in the PwC Global ACS Group in London and was involved in a number of bond and share issuances based on IFRS reporting and provided accounting advice to the respective mergers and consolidations.

Education/professional qualifications:

Djohan is Bachelor of Economics Majoring in Accounting from University of Gajah Mada and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-IAPI), CA (IAI) & FCPA (Australia).

Djohan is currently a chairman of the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards Board. He was previously the chairman of the Indonesian Board of Professional Standards of Public Accountants at the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

With more than 20 years of experience, Djohan has provided technical accounting advice to various clients in Indonesia and the Europe for accounting conversion services, transactions, financial and company restructuring consultancy. His clients include local large automotive group, the UK large energy company, and a number of multinational companies in the telco and consumer products sectors.
