I graduated from Universitas Diponegoro, majoring in Economics.


What do you value most about your experience at PwC?

By working in PwC, I can contribute to building this nation. I have handled a lot of government reform projects and currently handle 44 pilot project in Kantor Pengadaan Pemerintah. I help government implementation of their procurements to run well, efficiently, effectively, transparent and provide more value added for economy growth and reduce poverty. The amount of the project is quite great, some of them worth as much as USD12 million, hence proper utilization is important.


How would you describe what you do every day on the job? Any examples of typical tasks you might do?

I engage most in change management. I do a lot of mentoring, coaching and change management practice.


What was the most adventurous/memorable thing you have done in the last year with PwC?

Working in PwC is always interesting and memorable. Every year I experience many significant improvements. For example, PwC always improves employee involvement in many projects, events like PwC day, PwC got talent, etc. that create a positive impact for
the firm.
