CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) - Level 5

 

About CHRM

CIPD Certificate in HRM is a 1-year study program certificated by CIPD. It aims to increase effectiveness while performing responsibilities and dealing with tasks that are related to different roles in HR. 

The CHRM has 10 training days - it contains face-to-face workshops and online webinars. You will also have access to the virtual learning environment (VLE) during the entire duration of the program. After each module, you will do a case study report (up to 3000 words). You can follow a list of recommended literature during your individual study as well. By successfully completing of the CHRM, you receive the CIPD Certificate

 

Who is the program for?

The Certificate in HRM is designed for HR professionals who want to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge in the area of HR. The opportunity to share your experience with other HR professionals from various business fields is the added value of this program as well.

After completing the course you will:

  • have comprehensive knowledge and skills from all key areas of HR;
  • be able to work professionally in various positions relating to management and the education of people;
  • get a full professional profile in HR;
  • establish contacts with other HR professionals from various fields of business and share best practices with them.
  • receive the globally accepted CIPD certification.

Price: 3,000 Euro + VAT

The price of the programme includes tuition and all study materials.

The price, on the other hand, does not include CIPD fees: Admission fee 40 GBP + Annual subsistence fee 90 GBP in the first year of study and GBP 90 in the second year until the CIPD certificate is granted.

Using Information in HR
  • Know how to identify and scrutinise appropriate HR data sources.
  • Be able to conduct small-scale research and analyse the findings.
  • Be able to draw meaningful conclusions and evaluate options for change.
  • Know how to deliver clear, business-focused reports on an HR issue.
Reward Management
  • Understand the business context of reward and the use of reward intelligence.
  • Understand the key perspectives that inform reward decision making.
  • Understand key reward principles, policies and practices.
  • Understand the role of line managers in promoting a performance culture, in rewarding decision making and driving sustained organisation performance
Resourcing and Talent Planning
  • Understand key contemporary labour market trends and their significance for different kinds of organisations and in different country contexts.
  • Be able to undertake core talent planning activities.
  • Know how to contribute to the development of resourcing strategies.
  • Be able to manage recruitment and selection activities effectively and within the expectations of the law and good practice.
  • Understand how to maximise employee retention.
Implementing Coaching and Mentoring
  • Understand the nature, purpose and benefits of coaching and mentoring in organisations.
  • Understand the different ways coaching and mentoring can be implemented in organisations.
  • Be able to support the implementation of coaching and/or mentoring programmes within an organisation.

Our tutors

Andrea Szilágyi G. has 20 years of experience in both HR consulting and HR management, from this she spent 12 years with PwC as a senior manager in HR Consulting and as the HR Leader of PwC Hungary for 3 years. She managed and delivered HR projects in Hungary and abroad for several multinational and local clients in reward and talent management, HR process and efficiency improvement of several parts of the HR management cycle. She has experience in HR risk management, HR benchmarking and in implementing coaching culture.
