How can I earn mandatory credits with PwC’s Academy’s e-learning and webinar courses?

Credits for certified public accountants, tax advisors, tax experts and certified tax experts, Chamber of Hungarian Auditors

  • Credit-earning course available on the E-learning Portal

    Only users, registered on the PwC's Academy E-learning Portal can collect credit points by completing our e-learning courses. You can register by submitting your completed registration form. Please also indicate in advance if you require a credit certificate. After registering on the Portal you can complete the e-learning courses you have enrolled in via the learning interface. You can access the courses by clicking on the course name in the list under the “My Courses” menu. You can then view the learning materials and course modules. 

    In accordance with applicable legislation in force effective 1 January 2017 (Section 10/E of Government Decree No. 93/2002, as stated by Section 80 of Government Decree No. 480/2016)  you will only be issued a certificate on credit points earned if you 
    have, while logged in to the electronic platform, started the CPD course concerned – including all training units and modules 
    – and participated in the training until completing the CPD course – including all training units and modules – without logging out
    have been present for the full duration of the training programme of the CPD course concerned, as specified in the relevant application for credit point accreditation, and have thus fully completed the training programme of the CPD course concerned, including all training units and modules, 
    - have not, within the same period – that is between starting and completing the CPD course concerned – started another CPD course, and 
    - have completed the CPD course concerned within 60 days of starting it or by the last day of the training year concerned, whichever is earlier. 

    After successful completion of the course we will send you the credit certificate by postal mail to the address you provided at registration. 

    To run PwC’s Academy E-learning Portal and learning contents effectively you should, as a minimum, use the system components listed here
  • Webinar courses via the WebEx Event Center

    You can launch the course by clicking on the webinar link provided. Advance registration is required. The link will take you to a registration page where you have to enter the required information and click the Register button to submit your registration. After registration you will be included in the list of invitees and will receive an automated e-mail message on how to join the webinar. The webinar can be accessed through the link included in the e-mail. After clicking on this link, the webinar will launch in your browser.

    The online course will only be marked complete if you have viewed the course from beginning to end, i.e. the presenter has finished and closed the webinar. During the webinar, you may not exit your session, otherwise the course will remain incomplete and no credit certificate will be issued. After successfully completing the course, the certificate will be mailed to the address you provided at registration.

ACCA CPD points

By completing our e-learning and webinar courses, you can earn ACCA CPD credit points. You will have to report to ACCA yourself the time spent on completing an e-learning or webinar course.
