PwC rated as a Market Maker for Salesforce

capioIT has released its report on Salesforce Global Systems Integration and Services Providers Capture Share Report – 2018. In this report PwC is ranked as a Market Maker, in the top-right position.

In regards to the Salesforce landscape, capioIT notes, “Salesforce continues to be a global business and technology market changer. It effectively created the SaaS market, killed the legacy monolith of Siebel, and created one of the most energetic and loyal communities in the enterprise technology ecosystem. Salesforce's reputation is best embodied through the venerated annual Dreamforce event.”

The report outlines PwC’s recent trajectory, “PwC has had a remarkable rise in the past 2-3 years... PwC offers a deeper understanding of the overall business requirements and relationships at a very high level in the organisation globally.”

PwC is ranked among the top four providers in the Salesforce landscape. Per capioIT, “All are innovative and transformative enterprises and have made significant global investments in applications services across varied platforms.”

PwC was rated above average for both the Transform and Leverage criteria used in assessing vendors by capioIT. For Transform, PwC was tied for first place. Noted, in particular, for Global Solutions and Industry Solutions, Salesforce Delivery Platform, Strength of Brand and Ability to influence external market. In Leverage, PwC was noted for Customer Satisfaction, Solution Portfolio Depth, Sales Team Strength and Delivery Partnerships.

The report assesses PwC as a provider of Salesforce services, “PwC has been a rapid riser in the Salesforce ecosystem. Customer-centric outcomes and the relationships drive this rise that PwC can bring with significant enterprise leadership and ecosystems. The model that PwC focuses on is a high touch, high process automation one with business-centric outcomes at the core.

It has also looked to leverage and acquire specific skills in critical markets to build out capabilities with high levels of customer engagement to keep this as the central plank of ability and function.”
