ALM Intelligence recognises PwC as Best in Class for Supply Chain project management

PwC was named a leader in Supply Chain Planning Consulting by ALM Intelligence. The firm was rated as strong in both management and operating systems and named Best in Class for project management.

ALM lays out the qualities of the leading companies, “The leaders are at the top of the market in terms of their capabilities to create client impact through their depth of expertise and ability to deploy it across a range of engagement models. They are unique in their ability to independently execute a broad array of projects across the full spectrum of client contexts.”

Of PwC’s strengths, the report states, “Applying concepts from its Integrated Business Planning framework, PwC helps clients establish integrated supply chain planning processes that are harmonized across function and responsive to market dynamics. The firm’s Profit-Focused Planning and IDeA methodologies are noteworthy contributions to the planning context for the way in which they help companies prioritize planning decisions based on their profit impact and focus investments on most critical process and systems.”
