PwC named as a Major Player in 2017 IDC MarketScape on Salesforce Implementation Services Worldwide
PwC has been named as a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Salesforce Implementation Consulting Services 2017 Vendor Assessment*. The report states that “across all customers surveyed, the highest mean ratings given were for customer service followed by employee management, which referred to how customers viewed the vendors' ability to provide appropriate and high-quality staff and to manage staff turnover during a project.”
