“SaaS application adoption continues to grow at a brisk pace as cloud-based models offer a number of benefits...Sourcing and vendor management leaders who execute services sourcing strategies [can] use this Market Guide to match your requirements with the service provider's resources location, the number of employees in your region, the kind of services delivered, and the typical size and number of clients.” This is according to Gartner in their Market Guide for Workday Human Capital Management Service Providers.
