Most of our work is done in multi-disciplinary transactional teams including other legal practice areas (i.e., IP/IT, competition, employment), tax teams and advisory specialists from the corporate finance and transaction services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. While delivering seamless and coordinated services, this enables us to offer workable and valuable solutions to our clients.

For clients planning to sell their business, we offer a full range of services, including vendor assistance; full vendor due diligence; data room management and deal execution, in both auction and stand alone sales. A focus of ours is also advising owner managed and family owned businesses from inception to exit and assisting management teams on primary and further buy-outs with financial investors.
