As an Advisory Partner, Reggie leads PwC’s Global Salesforce Alliance and Practice. Previously, he served as a member of PwC's US Leadership Team as PwC's Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for all Brand, Marketing, External Communications and Relationship Development activities. In that role, he also led the Salesforce-powered transformation of PwC's go to market activities, including our CRM, marketing and social media activities, enabling teams to deliver a differentiated customer experience and significant growth while reducing cost and complexity. He also served as PwC's Greater Atlanta Market Managing Partner and Market Advisory Services Leader, as well as a member of PwC's US Board of Partners and Principles. He currently serves on the Board of PwC's Business Trust.
With more than 28 years of experience, Reggie advises companies on strategic and operational issues, including revenue and margin growth, marketing, sales and customer experience transformations, organizational change and the use of technology to enable business operations and customer interaction. He is also proud to serve as a sponsor in the development of PwC professionals as they work to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Atlanta is where he calls home. He serves as a board member for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Woodruff Arts Center and The Commerce Club. He also serves on the Board of Visitors for the Culverhouse School of Business at the University of Alabama. Additionally, Reggie has served on the boards of the Georgia Council on Economic Education, The Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement, The Midtown Alliance, and was a past member of the Atlanta Rotary.
