Mike Greenstein is the Global Alternative Investments Leader and the U.S. Alternative Investments Assurance Leader in PwC's Asset Management practice. Mike serves as the engagement partner and business advisor to alternative investments funds of all kinds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, investment advisors, and large endowments.
Mike brings over 20 years of experience serving many of the Firm's most complex alternative investment clients. He adds value to his clients and the industry by combining his deep expertise, commitment, and Leadership, with a collaborative style and a practical approach.
Clients and colleagues seek Mike as a resource and a recognized industry expert in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, internal control and operational issues impacting Alternative Investments. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a contributor to PwC’s thought Leadership efforts on industry issues.
Mike received a BS in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Binghamton University and Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
Mike is licensed in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Chappaqua Central School District.
