Legal Flash: New provisions regulating General Commercial Registry
Law 4635/2019, which reforms the organization and functioning of the General Commercial Registry (GEMI), was voted by the Hellenic Parliament and was published in the Official Government Gazette (A 167/30.10.2019) with entry into force on 30 January 2020.
