Our experience

We designed a new Performance Appraisal System for a client, involving 12 countries and the Group’s subsidiary entities. In addition, we carried out a business requirements analysis for the system’s integration in the Group’s ERP platform (SAP HR). The project followed a 5-phase approach for its successful implementation.
