Zois Sotiropoulos, Advisory Partner, Payroll & Benefits Leader

Zois is an Advisory Partner of PwC Greece, leading the People & Organisation practice where he has is responsibile for our People Advisory Services, Payroll & Benefits Solutions and PwC's Academy. For more than 18 years, Zois has cooperated with management teams of major organisations in different industries and has supported them in achieving their strategic priorities and initiatives by improving their operations, contributing to their cost savings and process optimization strategy, and the successful introduction and implementation of new HR processes.

Zois has considerable experience in advising domestic and multinational companies on Compensation & Reward schemes, Payroll & Labor Law issues, Workforce Planning and Executive Search & Selection in a number of industries including Shipping, Sports and Entertainment, Automotive, Technology and Retail.

He is a graduate of the Piraeus Economic University and his educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. He is a qualified tax accountant (class A), member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Institute of HR Management (IMAD).

Artemis Miha, Senior Manager

Artemis, is a Senior Manager at our Payroll & Benefits Solutions team. She has over 9 years of professional experience in advising domestic and multinational companies on payroll and benefits administration matters. Her professional experience in PwC also includes the provision of International Assignment Services.

Her area of expertise includes the provision of services related to payroll management, global mobility, administration of payroll agents and payroll technology. She has experience in several industries, with focus on projects in pharma, retail, manufacturing, financial services and shipping.

Artemis has contributed in the success of big payroll outsourcing projects by focusing in the optimisation of processes and the compliance assurance. With her previous experience in International Assignment Services, she has designed remuneration packages of seconded executives ensuring compliance from a corporate and individual point of view.

She holds a degree in the Science of Economics from the University of Piraeus and her educational background is focused in Human Resources.

Dimitra Giamaiou, Senior Manager

Dimitra is responsible for the payroll management of Payroll Executives and BoD members. She has extensive experience in the provision of advisory services, specifically in labor and insurance law.

Manos Atsas, Manager

Manos has 10 years of experience in the provision of services related to payroll management with specialisation in the industries of manufacturing , retail, shipping and financial services.

He has also contributed in projects related to improvements in Human Resource's processes.

Manos holds a Bachelor degree in Economic Sciences and a Master's degree in applied Economics & Finance from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Markos dimitropoulos-Markopoulos, Manager

Markos is a member of the Payroll & Benefits solutions department for more than 10 years and has been involved in the payroll outsourcing services provision/field for approximately 12 years.

His experience mainly includes services  in the fields of industrial services (i.e. food & beverages, medicine). In addition, he has been involved in several projects with regard to the system parameterisation of the payroll platform Interface.

Markos holds a Bachelor degree in Economic Sciences from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and a certificate in Human Resources management from the University of Piraeus
