Dr. Constantine “Dino” Kiritsis

PwC International Curriculum Development Expert, Entrepreneur, Author, Award winning training concept developer (HPD)

Constantine (Dino) is one of the most versatile professionals in business oper­ating as an entrepreneur & consultant in the Business, HR, training & development industry. He is considered a world-class inspirational trainer / presenter having trained and led diverse events for numer­ous corporations and associations. He has delivered over 18,000 hours of profession­al training, hosting & presentations in the last 20 years in more than 45 countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East mainly to corporate clients.

He is founder of®, a com­pany offering consulting, professional qualifications training mainly for corporate clients. He is also a consultant and International Curriculum Development expert for PwC’s Academy in the CEE and the Middle East. Dino has also done work with PwC’s Global Steering Commit­tee for Private Company Services and has developed the award winning (Silver award, Boussias Education awards 2019) curriculum, methodology and mapping procedure for PwC’s Mini MBA programme being offered in the CEE region & the Middle East in more than 10 countries. He is known for his innovative flowcharting training techniques which have been licensed by a number of organizations and responsible for many of his conference invitations. ACCA named him one of its “tutor gurus’ in 2018 while his SBL (Strategic Business Leader for ACCA) flowchart has been used by thousands of candidates around the world.His knowledge areas span from Business Mapping, Business analysis, Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Corporate level training to developing programmes, career management and education, Professional qualifications (PQs) and teaching topics relating to Corporate & Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Business Planning, Innovation, Marketing and HR (for specialist qualifications (ACCA, CIA, CIMA, SHRM) and Universities on MBA and DBA programmes i.e. University of Surrey (UK), University of Strathclyde (UK), Henley Management School (UK), Nottingham Business School (UK), University of Nicosia (CY) and PwC Academies in Europe and the Middle East. Constantine has also been involved in delivering training for over 100 well – known and diverse multinational firms.

As a mentor on select business start-ups he has donated his services to a significant number of organizations. He is the author of an educational guide offered in Greece from 2004 to 2012 (8th edition), of a CIMA Gateway guide published on Amazon in 2017 while his new book “Are you Serious” was published in 2019. He has been an active speaker on entrepreneurship, innovation, educational, professional training and business develop­ment issues in over 100 events and conferences (i.e. recently in Atlanta T&D 17’ and SHRM UAE & Las Vegas 18’ & 19’) in the past decade. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut (USA), a Masters and a PhD from the University of Surrey (UK), a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is an Associate Member (AICA) of the International Com­pliance Association and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM – SMP) USA. Finally, he is a member of the board of SoFIA (School of the Future International Academy) in the UK and the President of the SHRM Global Forum for Greece and Cyprus.


Tim Kemp

Tim has over three decades of experience as a leadership and management consultant, author, program designer and facilitator.  He has a long track record of producing relevant and original content delivered to a broad range of clients across geographies and sectors.  Specific areas of interest and experience include: Leadership and the use of action learning to facilitate change; building cross-cultural and innovative teams; and the transformation of managers to enablers.

Programme Director and Consultant with Corporate Learning Solutions.   CLS specializes in delivering superior quality, highly-customized “blended” learning training solutions for Leadership, Management and Soft Skills training.  Programme Director for UNICEF Global Management Masterclass.  Other client involvement has included 3M,  Lancaster University Management School, DHL, Rehau and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Mini MBA Faculty Member, PwC Academies in Eastern Europe

Delivering modules (‘The Enabled Organisation’ and ‘Leadership’ on the award-winning Mini MBA, as well as Masterclasses on the Gender Dynamics, Evaluation of HR, L&D Effectiveness and Talent Retention.  Also retained to develop new courses and workshops of relevance to PwC clients (most recently large group training sessions on ‘The Neuroscience of Engagement’ and ‘Working with Virtual and Multi-generational Teams’ in Bulgaria).

Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Worked with The European Patent Office, the UN World Food Programme, the Council of Europe, Banque Saudi Franci, the Saudi Arabian Manpower Services Company and the Saudi Arabian Oil Company on the development and measurement of performance and learning.  Facilitated workshops on the role of the HR Business Partner and on Measuring the Effectiveness of HR.

Working closely with the Head of the Human Resources for the Council of Europe, providing specialist advice in the area of talent development and learning evaluation.

Freelance Consultant

  • The delivery of workshops and coaching on Unconscious Bias for MDs at Allianz Global Investments, as part of their innovative programme to support gender equality at senior levels;
  • The design and delivery of a Global Leadership and Management Programme for McKinsey and the Economist (including its affiliate magazines in the US – The Congressional Quarterly and Roll Call), focussing on inclusion and cross-cultural working;
  • The co-delivery of their Leading Diverse Teams programme for AT Kearney Partners, Consultants and Management Services staff (in Europe), and for Dell, Shell and for Fischer Scientific;

Dr. Antony Michail

Dr. Antony Michail is the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Trainer of StudySmart and has 15 years of progressively responsible experience in consulting and advising both small and large corporations in relation to their marketing strategy, implementation, and company growth. Antony has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.

Antony has acted as a consultant and senior marketing director in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, fashion, IT, heating, consumer durables, building products and construction, and environmental services (in UK, South Africa, and Greece). Some of the companies he served at Board Level as a Marketing Professional is: Baxi Heating UK; Triscan Systems Ltd UK; Domino’s Pizza Greece, Cyprus, and Balkans; Fokas Department Stores (Greece); Anacalypsis Strategy & Marketing Consultants (South Africa). He has over 1200 hours of lecturing and tutoring acquired as a lecturer in the University of Central Lancashire (UK), in EEDE (Hellenic Management Association, Greece for the CIM professional qualifications), and in ASMC/ICTWorx (South Africa for a variety of professional marketing workshops). 

He has experience in auditing the marketing function, strategy, and tactics; develop and execute marketing strategies; provide direction for future growth and development; new product development; brand storytelling; CRM strategy; media relations; effective budgeting; forecasting; and measurement. Antony has also experience in integrated marketing communications involving both offline and online marketing strategies and tactics. He has published a number of articles on Marketing Audit and Strategy and is currently finalizing his book with the title “Applied Online Marketing Strategies for Hotels”. His articles in Marketing Audit are suggested by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) as a recommended study resource to CIM students. 

Antony holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece), a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Business from University of Central Lancashire, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing from CIM, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Competitive Strategies from University of Central Lancashire. He is also a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK). 




Miro Smolovic, PMP, Director, PwC Academy, Southeast Europe

Miro Smolovic is a versatile professional manager with over 20 years applied experience across the private and non-governmental sectors. With a BSBA in Management accredited by the prestigious City University, College of Management, Bellevue, (USA) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (USA), Miro is an experienced manager with acknowledged expertise in the modalities of business development, strategy, adult education, and project management techniques.  


Miro has spent the past 19 years working in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe where he has gained a reputation for the quality of his management, organization and leadership of international, inter-disciplinary project teams on both corporate, private sector and donor-funded development projects. 

Miro’s experience ranges across many sectors and specialties:

  • Investment proposal analysis  

  • Organizational strategy development

Spyros Kottoris BSc, AdvDip, MBA, MEd

Spyros, an associate partner at StudySmart is passionate in supporting and motivating people to reach self-awareness, recognize their values and develop skills that will lead them to personal and professional success, achieving personal and corporate goals, through interactive training, coaching and/or mentoring. He is an Economist, an Executive and Career Coach and a Certified Learning Professional with over 12 years of training experience working as an Associate Partner with StudySmart.

He specializes in the fields of Communication, Leadership, Negotiation, Coaching skills and Train the Trainer training and also Entrepreneurship, Management and Finance using blended interactive learning methods. He has also worked as a Learning Consultant, a Lecturer in English Universities and a Trainer on Lifelong Learning Programs and Workshops. Spyros has 19 years of practical professional experience in multinational Groups of Companies and Banks and has taught for demanding clients in the Maritime industry, Construction industry, the Telecom industry, Information Technology, Banking, Energy, Insurance and others in Europe (Germany, Greece, Bulgaria) and the Middle East such as the UAE. 

His academic background includes his bachelor’s degree in Maritime and Transport Studies, his MBA of the University of Kentucky USA, an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching of Kingstown College (ICF and EMCC certified) and a Master’s degree in Adult Education (MEd) of the Open University of Greece. His certifications and publications reinforce and enhance his scientific and professional track record.



Christos Ragkavas, BA, MA, FCCA, CGMA,  Director of IFRS and corporate finance services

Mr. Ragkavas is a financial reporting expert and a consultant with over 21 years of international experience adding value to organizations, improving organizational effectiveness and delivering quantifiable results through leadership and strategic advice. Specializing in the areas of International Financial Reporting Standards and performance management, he introduces robust financial processes, develops financial reporting systems and governs performance management systems. On a revolving basis, he drives the effectiveness and efficiency of financial operations through comprehensive internal control, in-depth financial analysis, modernizing accounting procedures and measuring performance.

As a professional qualifications tutor and associate partner at StudySmart, he translates complex concepts and subject matter into easy to understand terms for his students, many of whom are candidates of various British accountancy bodies, including the ACCA and CIMA.

He is the co-founder of a technical website ( dedicated to ensuring customers remain in compliance with IFRSs and related rules and regulations. Besides delivering expert advice on compliance, he is also a driving force in assisting customers in reaching their strategic goals. 

His academic background includes a BA from Hochschule Heilbronn (Germany) in Business Economics, and an MA from the University of Bournemouth (U.K.) in Management. He is a member of two renowned U.K. accountancy bodies, namely the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He currently pursues a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) with the Queen Mary University (U.K.).
