What is CIPD?

CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) is one of the world’s leading HR and development professional bodies, with over 135,000 members globally. They know what  “good HR” looks like and what HR professionals need to know, do and deliver at different stages of their career, no matter if they are specialists or generalists, working internationally or locally. CIPD Enterprises is wholly owned by the CIPD and is working with PwC in Central and Eastern Europe to develop and deliver foundation and intermediate qualifications in HR and Learning and Development.

 

Who is CIPD for?

The qualification is recommended to those who are:

  • new to HR or interested in a move into this area
  • working in an HR support role and wishing to develop their knowledge and skills
  • looking to further their HR career with a professional qualification

 

On completion of the Certificate you will:

 

  • gain the knowledge, skills and behaviors required of a professional HR practitioner
  • understand what factors impact an organisation’s resourcing and talent planning activities
  • understand the purpose and processes of performance and reward management and the role of human resources in promoting and supporting good practice
  • know the aspects of managing the employment relationship and law within this area
  • find out how HR activities support your organisation’s strategy and help it achieve its business objectives

Fee per participant (without VAT) is determined by 3,500 USD
