Details

The final exam is held twice a year (in June and December) and is taken in English. The 8-day courses are organised in the very same language and serve as a preparation for final exams that correspond with above-written terms. The seminars consist of 2 modules and they contain:

  • English study materials created by PwC’s professionals;
  • complex study plan for the final exam;
  • intensive support and advice until the final exam;
  • frequent tests with comments from the tutor including passing through a mock exam.
     

Additional information

Final exam is organised twice a year – in June and December. It is possible to take it in a learning centre in Prague or Brno. The exam is in written form, it takes 3 hours and 15 minutes, and it contains two parts with numerical and compositional tasks as well. Each question is worth the following point scale:

  • part 1. Consolidation question – max. 40 points (contains preparation of one or more of the consolidated financial statements)
  • part 2. Scenario questions – max. 60 points (contains 3 questions, each for 20 points)

To successfully pass the exam, you have to get a minimum of 50 points.

Practitioners are required to submit official documentation proving one of the following:

  • 3 years of on-the-job experience in the field of accounting or finance confirmed by your supervisor or coach in written form, or
  • University diploma with a specialisation in professional accounting or audit and 2 years of on-the-job experience in the field of accounting or finance confirmed by your supervisor or coach in a written form.

For the DipIFR exam registration, it is necessary to pay an administration fee. This fee is payable directly to the ACCA account and it is not included in the price of PwC preparatory courses. The fee can be paid via credit card, bank draft or cheque. Please note that, should you not be able to attend the exam, this fee is only refundable in the event of serious medical circumstances.
