We promote public-private cooperation because we believe that this leads to quality education and a suitable environment where research can be put into practice. Public-private partnership should allow for a focus of education and research to reflect long-term societal and market needs. We can support you in the following areas:
We help to shape strategies and define what a 21st century education organization should look like. We can advise you on how to effectively manage educational institutions in order to meet new challenges. We are able to define the forms of education and learning that should be implemented. Of course, we can assist you with securing funds from the private or non-profit sector.
We connect research and education organizations more with practice and building a creative and motivating environment. We are able to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of research activities, their opportunities and threats and to suggest an optimal approach to further exploiting commercial potential. We are able to define the conditions for setting up and running a start-up company representing researchers and commercial partners. We can advise on the upcoming planned phases of the project, including a solution for intellectual property protection.
We assessed fifteen individual national projects aimed at supporting education and trainings for the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. Thanks to our assessment, it was possible to improve the quality of the submitted projects and ensure that they are financed efficiently.
The assessment included the following areas:
We prepared and facilitated a brainstorming workshop aimed at bringing new ideas to connect design students with the practice and motivation of companies to work with the students.
In addition, we assisted with the recommendation on the use of appropriate creative techniques and tools for service design, defining the innovation space and revealing opportunities for innovation and defining the risks and opportunities to further develop these topics.
As part of the project for the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, we evaluated 30 projects focused on technology transfer and commercialization.
With this evaluation, we helped the project recipients to identify key barriers and risks for successful commercialization, and suggested recommendations for successful project implementation and sustainability. We also organized a successful seminar and conference aimed at exchanging experiences and promoting mutual cooperation in the field of commercialization. Best practice and lessons learnt were presented by both Czech and foreign experts as well es experts from PwC.
